Power Failure at PAA

Artful Accessories Weekend is coming!

The Philadelphia Art Alliance is pleased to announce our upcoming Artful Accessories Weekend, May 14-16 2010! To date, we have nearly 20 confirmed artists, who will be on hand to sell their one-of-a-kind jewelry, clothing, and other accessories in the PAA galleries.
In addition to the weekend-long sale, PAA will offer several other tantalizing events including; our Opening Cocktail Reception on Friday evening with hors d’oeuvres by Restaurant Associates; A High Tea fashion show, featuring participating artists and additional fashions from Saks Fifth Avenue, on Saturday afternoon; A unique paper jewelry-making workshop with local fiber artist Sara Burgess, also on Saturday afternoon; A special fixed price dinner menu at Gardenia Restaurant on Friday and Saturday evening; and a special lecture presentation on the historical influence of contemporary jewelry by Rago Auctions jewelry specialist Sara Churgin. There really is something for everyone at the Artful Accessories Weekend!
